Why Energy Star is Even More Important to Warsaw and Kosciusko County Residents
Indiana’s requirements for energy efficiency [based on the 1998 energy code] are still significantly less stringent than the vast majority of states in our country.   Energy Star Requirements specify homes test at least 15% more efficient than the 2004 energy code.  All of Freeman & Harter’s homes have tested well above Energy Star requirements.  In fact, they are accustomed to receiving the highest rating available [5 Star Plus] from the EPA’s Energy Star program.
